Our client, a leading financial company, who provide a great opportunity for growth and progression throughout their business group are currently seeking a highly driven Administrator to support their sales team.
As the Administrator, you will primarily be assisting in general administrative duties.
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company procedures.
– Filing of documents.
– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
– Work on ad hoc tasks and projects
– Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Ideally, you will have the following skills;
– Experience in a customer service or administrative role
– Enthusiastic and keen to learn
– Good MS Office skills
– Good level of numeracy and English Literacy
– Additional language skills are highly desirable
