Working within a busy office environment the job is varied and interesting.
Reviewing and understanding incoming communications, post, email and phone. Prioritising, resolving or escalating as required.
Completing tasks effectively within agreed timescales or SLA’s.
Communicating with customers via the phone
adhering to policies and procedures
What we are looking for
Knowledge of MS office packages are desirable as is previous experience in an administration position
A good level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing work priorities
The ability to forge good working relationships with people at all levels
