Overall Job Purpose:
Appointment Makers are required to generate appointments for our field sales team to meet new prospects.
Using our CRM system the appointment maker will use their activity list to speak to the key decision makers at the prospects office. The activity list is populated by the Telebusiness Manager with allocated calls. The activity list should be used to ensure that callbacks are made at the appropriate time and in accordance with the size of the prospects insurance scheme.
Appointment makers are also required to call specific campaigns, which will require a specific account manager or message to be delivered.
Using Microsoft Outlook the meetings must be entered in to the appointment makers diary, the prospect and account managers. The meetings must be colour coded according to the ‘specific zone’ that the prospect is located.
