Their services apartments are the smart alternative for the business community and individual traveller alike.
Monday – Friday 9-5pm
20-22k with 10% commission on each new serviced let.
General administration duties to be carried out within the serviced property department, including answering telephone calls, email and any new queries.
Taking charge of the out of hours emergency line on a rota basis.
To expand and build a portfolio of serviced apartments across Manchester, Chester and Birmingham.
Background in property essential, preferably within the service industry but not essential. You must have the confidence and ability to bring in new business whilst maintaining existing relationships.
