Selling our recruitment services, our Business Development and Telesales Executives are responsible for identifying prospective customers and growing their own sales pipeline.

Some of the key responsibilities include
The right candidate will have experience of outbound sales in a business to business environment. You’ll need the skills to identify new business opportunities as well as the ability to close your own deals. A good work ethic and positive attitude as well as the ability to communicate with business owners and directors is essential.
Why work for us?
Basic salary of £18,000 – £20,000 neg per annum plus excellent uncapped and transparent commission structure OTE £35,000 Uncapped plus car scheme after 3 months.
