Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 2 lates 11.30am-8pm & 2 earlies 9am – 5.30pm
Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Summary: The role is a Customer service role that requires someone with Contact Centre experience (preferable one year plus) they will be doing a mixture of speaking with clients and also lenders. This means that they will need to competent at being able to deal with lenders & clients by telephone as well as email. If they have a claims background or finance then even better.
