Our client is a regulated Claims Management Company based in the centre of Manchester specialising in processing a variety of financial mis-selling claims.  As one of our Product Specialists you will utilise your experience to successfully manage a client base, dealing with the claims process from submission to completion. In addition to Claims Management, we provide outsource IT solutions and development of industry software for a number of large organisations and offer facilities to the general public such as a portal which offers real time updates to the progress of their claims. We have exciting and extensive growth plans over the next 12 months and are constantly looking for new people to join the business and assist in the growth and development of our products and operation.

 

Department Overview:

You will become part of a developing team in an exciting growth area of the business for Mis-Sold Pension Claims. The Pension Claim department deals with the entire customer journey, from first contact on pack return, to offer received. You will be tasked with managing and growing your own customer base, dealing with incoming post, and contacting clients, IFA’s, FSCS and FOS to ensure the swift and successful outcome of your claims.

DRSP is continuously expanding and developing.  As a result, we are looking for individuals who will play a part in our current and future success.  We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to maintaining a positive and vibrant environment and are able to successfully promote our services through building strong customer relationships.

 

Job Role:

  • Reviewing clients pension documents
  • Welcome call to introduce myself to client
  • Issuing, chasing and reviewing SARS
  • Chasing Missing Information
  • Returning clients documents
  • Drafting, checking and issuing complaints
  • Organising Quickdox
  • Sending out Pension Packs
  • Answering Clients queries and updating clients throughout the process.
  • Uploading Complaints to FSCS Portal.
  • Liaising with FSCS throughout complaint process.
  • Liaising with FOS throughout complaint process.
  • Chasing bank details from clients

Experience Level:

  • Pension claim experience required.
  • Experience of managing workload and working to targets.

  • Ability to manage a workload effectively and efficiently
  • Effective at overcoming objections
  • Team Player whilst able to work to own initiative when required
  • Good work ethic
