  • Observe, feedback and report adviser’s calls


  • Assist with the production of reports, updates and attend meetings and training sessions as directed by the Head of Financial Assessment Department.


  • Drive and service the quality control regarding compliance within the assessment department.


  • Manage and monitor your own workload within the set targets agreed


  • Accurate documentation produced and stored adequately and timely


  • Focused, detailed accounts representing factual evidence of compliant and non-compliant calls


  • To accurately record information on the relevant DFH systems or associated paperwork, ensuring high levels of observation completed.
  • To always behave in a professional and effective manner when dealing with staff to provide an independent attitude.
  • To be open to feedback, coaching and development.
  • To attend, participate in and contribute to team meetings & briefings
  • Comply with Data Protection Legislation with regards to disclosure of information.
  • Comply with all Regulatory bodies
  • The profile is not an exhaustive list of activities that the role holder may be required to undertake. The company may require the role holder to perform other duties as the Company deem necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Hours: 10am – 8pm Monday to Thursday, 10am – 2pm Friday’s
