Recruitment Manager

If you’re an experienced Recruitment Manager reading this, then the chances are, you’re probably un-challenged.

We’re looking for a strong Managing Consultant with strong processes and be hands on with your team. Ideally, you’ll have led a team of 2-3 people previously but most importantly, you’ll have ambition and desire to grow revenue and profitability year on year and in turn, really grow your career.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team of experienced recruiters. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has knowledge of Financial Services and the Contact Centre Industry or previous Managerial experience.

As a Managing Consultant at Golden Egg in Sunderland, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle, ensuring both our clients and candidates achieve a lasting impact. You will be managing a team of consultants with expert sales & telephony knowledge all whilst using our market leading technology to search for candidates on our database, as well as providing consultative information to your consultants.


The Successful Applicant

 We are looking for talented people to join our Manchester team as Managing Consultants with…

  • Management of the current Recruitment Team
  • Managing KPIs, to ensure profitable volumes and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Search and selection of candidates via LinkedIn, marketing and Talent pools
  • Training and Development of Temp / Perm Recruiters
  • Managing a team of up to 4 people + growth to 8 over the next 12 – 18 months
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success
  • Competitive nature
  • Confident within a target driven environment
  • Excellent Communication skills

Furthermore you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills combined with a strong work ethic. Commercial acumen and the drive to achieve goals will also be critical to your success.

Salary: £26K-£28K

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:30 & Friday 9:00 – 16:30
