Ideal Candidates for this role are : Graduates, Debt & IVA Advisors , Recruitment Consultants , Insurance, Mortgages & Banking Advisors.

 

Role and Responsibilities

The review specialist is responsible for making contact with existing customers in order to assess their financial situation. They will complete a comprehensive assessment of a customer’s personal circumstances, in order to establish the most appropriate solution.

 

  1. Completing comprehensive fact finds with existing customers in order to determine their needs and requirements
  2. Complete an accurate financial statement through the use of effective questioning techniques
  3. Assess the full range of options available to the customer and provide fair and balanced views on all appropriate debt solutions that could assist the customer now or in the future, these include; Debt Management, Individual Voluntary Arrangement’s, Bankruptcy, Budgeting Advice, Think Money Personal Account, Free Services or ancillary products such as Personal Protection Insurance reclaim.
  4. Advise on most suitable solution based on a customer’s individual circumstances.
  5. Attain & maintain competence under Think Money Group’s Training & Competence Scheme.
  6. Ensure the advice provided is compliant to relevant standards ( i.e. Training & Competence Scheme, Quality Assurance & CONC)
  7. Reach and maintain Key Performance Indicators to required standards and specified timescales
  8. Prepare and administer appropriate documentation for a client transferring or continuing on a Debt Solution
  9. Request necessary client documentation such as proof of income
  10. Ensure accurate customer data is captured and reflected within associated correspondence and provide ongoing support to customers for the completion of their review
  11. Update internal systems to ensure tasks and workflows are completed in the required timescales
  12. Carry out all duties in a manner that reflects Think Money Group’s values at all times
  13. Undertake any further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in fulfillment of the role

 

Essential Criteria

  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in a customer focused service environment
  • Experience of working in a Business to Consumer environment
  • Ability to deal with multiple product range
  • Proven ability of achieving consistent KPI’s
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Able to work compliantly to defined standards
  • Demonstrates company values in all interactions whether internally, with colleagues or externally with customers

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Previous experience of working within financial services
  • Degree Level of education
  • Understanding of the FCA
