Telesales Advisors:


Our client, a highly successful company, is looking for highly motivated Claims Advisors to join their ever expanding Cavity Wall team. If you are looking for a role in which you can utilise your exceptional sales techniques, then this could be the role for you.


The role requires a friendly, professional, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills, great time management, a sales mentality and the ability to think effectively and efficiently to make independent decisions on each case


Key responsibilities include:


  • Calling new customers using warm leads
  • Managing the initial call with potential new clients
  • Adhering to scripts, taking full details and ensuring a potential client’s case meet the specific acceptance criteria
  • Proficient processing of cases through the case management system
  • Management of outstanding cases to be retained
  • Reporting of KPI’s
  • Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system
  • Ensuring sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets



Key Skills and Experience required include:


  • Enthusiasm and keen to learn
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close new sales
  • Self-motivated and a hunger for success
  • Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases
  • Accurate and timely data entry skills


Working hours are Monday – Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 5pm
