An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join a highly regarded and well established law firm specialising in Personal Injury, Flight Delay and Holiday Sickness claims. As an entry level candidate you will join an already dedicated, friendly and pleasant working team, full in-house training will be given and full sponsorship towards the ILEX qualification as a Legal Executive or Solicitor is available if desired, dependant upon your own ambition, endeavours and milestone achievements within your role.

This role would ideally suit an individual who is interested in progressing in the legal sector as there are excellent opportunities for development if you so desire.

Applicants should be of smart appearance and have an eagerness to learn. A good standard of education is required with high levels of literacy and numeracy. An excellent team player and has the ability to communicate at all levels.

Duties include:-

  • Maintaining the office digital filing system
  • Opening/Sorting and distributing the mail
  • General Office admin duties working closely with Legal Admin Assistants to help maintain a smooth and efficient office
  • Office Admin and Reception duties as and when required
  • Photocopying/scanning
  • Collating files for archiving
  • Any general housekeeping duties

For the right candidate training is available for quick progression if desired and proven.

The working hours are 9:30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday and includes holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum rising to 25.
