Salary £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience OTE £65,000 Uncapped. + Company Car 3 or 5 series BMW,  Merc C OR E Class or Audi A4, A6, AVAIABLE

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be; Targeting the sales, legal, finance, accountancy and the construction industry, developing new and existing relationships. There is a massive social side to this role with you taking contacts out for dinner, drinks or on hospitality events (Rugby/football/racing etc) and this role would suit someone who loves socialising and building relationships with clients.

 

Hunting for new clients in addition to account managing current customers – You will be meeting with senior decision makers all the way up to presenting at Director Level aiming to explain the benefits of working with the award winning Golden Egg Recruiting and take advantage of this companies’ industry leading services. Proactively nurturing relationships with companies Providing a first-class level of account management in line with the brand Booking and attending meetings to win new clients The successful Business Development Manager (BDM) will have; We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a 360-recruitment consultant or business development manager selling professional services. We are also keen to see candidates from umbrella or contractor accountancy services who may be in a internal sales role looking for their next steps in the industry Proven track record winning new clients and maximising on sales potential Be able to demonstrate your successes with payslips, leader boards or commission sheet Confident communicators who thrive in social settings and someone who will enjoy entertaining clients Package and Benefits The company also provide an unrivalled rewards package offering Business Development Managers an uncapped OTE of £55,000 – £65,000 with an excellent base salary of £28,000 to £35000 + travel and hospitality expenses per month. Additionally, your overall OTE will increase year on year and progression opportunities are huge within this organisation who continues to expand.
