Claims Administrator – Manchester
Salary : £17,000

As part of our ever-growing customer services team your responsibilities will include dealing with customers queries, managing emails, sorting through post, checking files and inputting information of our customers into our CRM system. We are looking for several enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking people to ensure that it continues to meet and exceed the targets set out.
Working in a fast-paced environment you will work as part of a small team processing a very high volume of claims documentation. This will involve contacting existing clients to chase outstanding documentation in a professional manner with an excellent level of customer service. This is a heavily telephoned based administration role so excellent communication skills are key.

-Carry out any other duties within capabilities as required by the needs of the business

-Previous administration or processing experience
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems
Working Hours: 9-6pm Monday – Thursday and 9-4pm Friday
