We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Openshaw. You will be working as part of a team and responsible in delivering a first class service to all customers and partners by making outbound calls and gaining customer feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Providing a friendly and professional service to customers across all channels, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organisation
  • Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and internal standards are met at all times
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about a wide range of products and services whilst also supporting promotional campaigns
