Job Salary: £24K – Negotiable based on experience. OTE is £50K+

Life Insurance experience is a must!

Job Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 7pm. Friday = Optional 9:30am – 2:30pm depending on targets/performance. NO WEEKENDS!

Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced environment for one of the UKs leading protection brokers who offer an uncapped commission structure that will result in over £50K as an OTE just for hitting your targets? If so then this role is a perfect fit.

The directors have decades of experience in the industry and have gone with an approach of quality over quantity. They pride themselves on providing a high level of personal service by taking time to establish the needs of each customer individually.

The Retention Advisors have Whole of Market access to Life Insurance companies that they use to find the best possible protection quotations for their customers. All leads are sent through from a lead generation team and therefore there are no cold calls or cold leads hitting your desk.

The office is a fantastic place to work, with regular incentives and a real social buzz when everyone receives their commission bonuses and celebrates after work.

Within the Retention department you would be contacting existing customer who have either recently cancelled their policy, missed a payment, or requested a requote due to being quoted elsewhere – taking them through the application process again and offering them a new outcome. This may involve less cover or simply a cheaper quotation.

As a Retention Advisor you will be expected to ask probing questions to establish why they changed their mind about the policy, or why they want to reduce the cover/price.

Any sale that is made will go towards your commission targets as if it was a new business sale.

Requirements for a Retention Advisor is:

– Direct experience offering life/protection policies in the industry

– Excellent phone manner

– Successful track record

– Ability to use initiative to open up avenues to discuss customers’ requirements

– Resilience to work towards monthly targets and regularly achieve them

– Attention to detail, getting things right first time and minimising errors.
