We’re lucky to have a very low staff turnover, which is rare in this industry. We like to think it’s because we’re nice, honest, straight-forward people to work with, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and above all enjoy what we do. That and the bribery of course.
We have dedicated teams, who look after a group of clients, so you will always be able to speak to someone you know. Within each team there is a team leader, who keeps in close-contact with the candidates and account managers. They will be your main contact on a day to day basis – each team leader has their own specialism as well as a good general knowledge about the complete spectrum of roles involved.
